Platform Support Specialist (Montreal, Canada)

Summary

The Platform Support Specialist’s role is to maintain and support our application platform to efficiently and effectively fulfill business objectives. This includes troubleshooting of the
application and participation in reviews / inspections, debugging and maintenance of systems in production. Finally, the Platform Support Specialist mandates are often linked to complex problems for which he must be able to propose realistic estimates and sometimes creative solutions.

Technical Support Specialist (Montreal, Canada)

Summary

The Technical Support Specialist’s role is to ensure proper application and computer equipment operations so that end users can accomplish tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving requests.

Information Security Consultant (PCI Focus)

Summary

As part of the Professional Services team, the Information Security Consultant plans, organizes, and conducts information security consulting assignments with our customers. The Information Security Consultant assists clients with the development of Information Security strategies, policies, and architectures; performs assessment of the client organization’s information security posture, including processes, policies, and technical assessment; and provides general information security advice and guidance. Responsibilities include collaboration with other Above Security staff to share knowledge and practices, to improve organizational practices.

Sales Engineer

Summary

The Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the needs of the Above Security Sales Team. The incumbent in this role will manage the technical aspects of the sales projects as well as relationships with customers, and bring critical customer requirements into the development, production, and marketing processes within our organization.

Information Security Account Executive

Summary

Reporting to the Country Manager-USA, the Information Security Account Executive is responsible for growing the market for Above Security’s Consulting and Managed Security Services in the US.

Product Marketing Manager

Summary

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the outbound marketing and sales enablement efforts of the organization and must have deep knowledge of the IT Security and Cybersecurity industry. The Product Marketing Manager will work across functional units of the organization to identify target prospects, create campaigns and content to drive awareness for the brand and our solutions. The Product Marketing Manager will also manage the nurture path of prospects as they consume content from the initial interest stage through the purchase. The Product Marketing Manager will develop sales tools and training that will empower the sales team to position and present the services and solutions properly. The Product Marketing Manager will operate according to the Above Security global business vision and fundamental marketing principles.

Information Security Consultant (Technical Security Testing)

Summary

Software Support Developer

Summary

The role of the Software Support Developer is to work with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems. Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations. To determine a technical solution meeting the requirements defined in the software specification and to implement this solution taking into account good practices in software engineering. It must also participate in reviews / inspections, debugging and maintenance of systems in production. Finally, the Software Support Developer’s mandates are often linked to complex problems for which he must be able to propose realistic estimates and sometimes creative solutions.

Incident Response Manager

Summary

Please Note: Candidate must be legally able to work in the USA.

The Incident Response Manager will provide the highest level of professional services in information security, incident response and computer forensic expertise for Above Security clients. In your role, you will be performing highly technical duties including system analysis, malware analysis, indicator extraction, signature development, log review and network traffic analysis. Reporting will include debriefing of incidents and both tactical and strategic mitigations; therefore, extensive practical defensive security knowledge is required. You will be expected to analyze forensic data, determine root cause and develop a timeline for IR activities, articulating findings in technical detail as well as at an executive summary level, thus assisting clients in the mitigation and resolution of security incidents and working with the client to achieve an overall superior security posture. You will apply formal and structured methodologies to provide clients with a consistent level of quality that reflects the knowledge and experience of Above Security. The Incident Response Manager will be expected to develop and present accurate and timely deliverables to clients outlining appropriate technical solutions, remedial steps, and accurate conclusions. Conduct incident response analysis for external and internal compromises. Work with the SOC analysts, leading the communication and escalation efforts. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of incident response policies and programs in use. Incident Response Managers are required to work in a 24×7 on-call. Responsible for the Incident post-mortem report for all High severity incidents.

IT Security Analyst

The role of the information security analyst is to analyze alerts generated by intrusion detection systems, which are deployed on client networks worldwide. When necessary, the analyst will be required to counter attacks by intervening in a manner that is in accordance with the intervention process established with clients. The analyst is also responsible for producing analysis reports on a monthly basis for clients and ensuring the optimum performance of client networks from an information security’s perspective.

We are currently looking for an IT Security Analyst for our Security Operations Center.
